Maganlal Food Products Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Maganlal Food Products, we prioritize our customers’ satisfaction and have thus established a flexible cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation requests are accepted if made within 2 hours of order placement. However, if the order has already been relayed to our vendors and they’ve initiated the shipping process, cancellations will not be possible.
2. Orders under the ‘Same Day Delivery’ category cannot be cancelled.
3. Special occasion products, such as those for Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, and other limited-time offers, are exempt from cancellations.
4. We do not entertain cancellation requests for perishable items. However, if the delivered product’s quality is compromised, we offer a refund or replacement.
5. For damaged items, please report to our Customer Service team within 5 days of receipt. After verification from our end, necessary actions will be taken.
6. If the delivered product deviates from its online representation or doesn’t meet your expectations, please inform our customer service within 24 hours. After evaluating your concerns, our team will decide on the best course of action.

Refund Policy:
Should you receive a product that is not fit for consumption, spoilt, or has a production fault, a full refund will be processed within 21 days.
