International Buyers:
Orders for international customers are dispatched via recognized international courier services or International speed post.

Domestic Buyers:
For our domestic clientele, shipments are made through reputable domestic courier services or speed post. We commit to shipping orders within 15 working days or as mutually agreed upon during order confirmation. However, the actual delivery timeline will be in accordance with the courier or postal service norms. Maganlal Food Products ensures to hand over the package to the courier or postal service within the stipulated 15 working days from the order and payment date or as per the agreed delivery date. Please note that all deliveries will be made to the buyer’s registered address as per the credit/debit card details, unless otherwise specified during the order placement. We accept all major credit cards for a seamless, secure payment experience. Maganlal Food Products is not accountable for any damages incurred during transit.

Shipping Timeline

Shipping will be done within 4-7 Working Days excluding holidays pan India: This means that once you place an order, the product will be dispatched or sent out for delivery within a span of 7 business days. Please note that weekends and any public holidays are not counted within these 7 working days. The term “pan India” indicates that this shipping timeline is applicable for deliveries across the entire country of India. Whereas 90% of our order reaches to customers shipping adress within 4 working days.

Delivery Charges Calculation for Multiple Units:
Shipping fees are determined by the product’s weight. When multiple items from the same category are ordered, the system aggregates the weight of all units and applies a singular shipping fee. For instance, for a customer ordering three packets weighing over 500gms in total, shipping is complimentary. However, if ordered individually or less than three, a fee of Rs 100 is applicable.

For domestic shipments, the base weight considered is 200gms (documents only) and 500gms for international shipments. A parcel surcharge is applied to international deliveries for consignments other than documents, regardless of the shipment’s weight.

The product’s weight is inherently factored into its shipping fee. This amount is automatically incorporated into the product’s cost during payment. For instance, the shipping cost for a 3 Kg package within India is INR 199. The fee is derived by multiplying the product’s weight with the rate slab. Hence, the shipping cost for a 3 Kg package to the USA would be (789+(5*213)) = INR 1854.
